Remember my Amsterdam story?! But God doesn't call us to live in our comfort zones and he is FAR more interested in our character, than our comfort. Sounds like you all built a little character through that experience and in the end i think it will be one of the greatest things for those amazing kids. Testing their faith and their ability to rest in God's embrace. Obviously they found that in your prayer and fell asleep. The knowledge that God is their security and their comfort and their peace. Pretty cool, friend. You're a good momma.
